Apply in a minute
Create a free OpaCaptions account, then tell us where you post and how you'd like to be paid: PayPal or Wise. There's no minimum audience size; we look for people whose viewers make videos on Windows PCs.
We read every application ourselves, usually within a week.

Get approved, and Pro free
You get your own link, like opacaptions.com/r/yourname, and a free Pro licence so you can show OpaCaptions on your own videos before you recommend it.
Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, sales and payouts.

Share it and earn 50%
When someone buys Pro or Studio within 60 days of opening your link, half of what they paid (before tax) is yours. We pay monthly by PayPal or Wise once you're owed $50.
Your link changes nothing for the buyer: they pay the normal price.

How much do I earn?
50% of what a customer pays, before sales tax, on their first purchase of Pro or Studio. That's $14.50 on an early-bird Pro and $49.50 on Studio at $99.
How and when am I paid?
By PayPal or Wise, in US dollars, on or around the 15th of each month, for every sale that has passed the 14-day refund window. Payouts start once you're owed at least $50; smaller balances roll over to the next month.
How does tracking work?
Opening your link stores one cookie in the visitor's browser for 60 days. It holds only your affiliate code. If they buy in that time, or make a free account and buy within 60 days, the sale is yours. If they open another affiliate's link afterwards, the latest link counts.
Can I buy through my own link?
No. Your own purchases don't earn commission, and approved affiliates get Pro free anyway.
Can I run ads with my link?
No paid advertising of any kind, and no bidding on "OpaCaptions" as a search keyword. Share it in your own videos, posts, descriptions and newsletters.
What if a customer asks for a refund?
Refunded or charged-back sales don't earn. That's why a sale only becomes payable after the 14-day refund window.
Is OpaCaptions only for Windows?
Yes, Windows 10 and 11 for now. Please say so when you recommend it, so nobody buys it for a Mac.
Do I need a big audience?
No minimum. We look at whether your audience makes videos, podcasts or lessons on Windows PCs, and whether OpaCaptions fits what you talk about.
